1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping options to ensure your Bible Study Guide Journal arrives safely.

  • Standard Shipping (US Domestic): 3-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days (if selected at checkout)

> Please Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

[Your Store Name/The Saints Bible] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, or if it is lost during transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately.

Please file a claim with us at help@thesaintsbible.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can send a replacement right away.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours at 210-298-3218 or email us so we can fix it before shipment.
